1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via our online shop with NR UG (limited liability).

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The product presentation in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button “Place binding order”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices in accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation) — no VAT will be shown.
Shipping costs will be displayed separately during the ordering process.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany using the shipping service providers specified in the shop.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is typically 2–5 business days after receipt of payment.
6. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options:
Advance payment, PayPal, and any additional payment methods shown during checkout.
The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of contract.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal — see separate Cancellation Policy below.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Final Provisions
German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Returns must be made within 14 days.
The product must be unworn, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Refunds
After inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
